Smart Haul Refund & Return Policy
- 30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
- How to start a return: Send us a message through our Contact page (https://shopsmarthaul.com/pages/contact) with your order number. Please don't send items back before we reply with instructions.
- Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: Message us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you may not need to return the item.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we'll help.
- Cancellations: You can cancel before your order ships. Message us through our Contact page as soon as possible.
