Smart Haul Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery time: After processing, delivery takes about 8–14 days. Times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Where we ship from: Our products ship from an overseas supplier, and your order may arrive in separate packages.
• Tracking: We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.
• Where we ship to: United States only, unless we state otherwise.
• Shipping costs: Free shipping on all US orders. Shown at checkout.
• Delays: Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can extend delivery times. If you're ordering for winter or as a gift, we recommend ordering early.
• Wrong address: Check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
